Tax-Assessments

Dauphin County’s 2021 Judicial Tax Sale for properties with delinquent taxes of more than 2 years is online July 19.

The auction, hosted online at LaneRyanAuctions.com, opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 11 a.m.

Registration opens July 6 at 9 a.m. and runs through July 16 at 4:30 p.m. Credit card and photo ID are required for registration.

Payments of taxes to remove a property from the sale are due before 4:30 p.m. on July 16. There will be no exceptions.

The sale list is available at DauphinCounty.org (under tax claim bureau) and LaneRyanAuctions.com.

Judicial tax sales are held for properties with delinquent real property tax of more than 2 years.

A sheriff sale is not the same as a tax sale; a Sheriff sale is held for a mortgage foreclosure not for delinquent tax.
