The Sheriff's Real Estate Sale Scheduled for Thursday October 15, 2020 will be held in the courthouse lobby at 10:00 am.  Please make note of the change in location.  This provides us the ability to spread people out and be able to meet social distancing requirements.

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, please arrive early because you will be required to have your temperature taken prior to entering.  A mask must always be work while in the courthouse.

We ask that due to limited space, only attorneys and people intending to bid on a property attend.

A sale list can be accessed at
Please ensure that "Sort like Crier Report" is checked and print your own list out.  We will no longer be providing lists at the sale.  You can also follow along on your cell phone.  Please understand that changes to that list can be made up until 9:00 am the morning of the sale.  The sale will be conducted in the order of the Crier Report.
