Interested in being a vendor?
We are still able to accept a few artisan or craft vendors and another brewer. Distilled spirits, Winery, and Food Vendor spots are now full.
Please contact Nancy Gates, Assistant Program Manager, at nlgates@dauphincounty.gov or via phone 717-599-5188, ext. 2113
for a vendor application.
2.) Where can I purchase tickets? Is there a fee for online ticket sales?
Tickets can be purchased online here. There is a nominal fee for charging your tickets to your credit card. This defrays the processing fee that we are charged. We make an effort to keep ticket prices as low as we can!
If you'd like to purchase your tickets in person, the following location offers tickets:
Dauphin County Parks & Recreation Office - Tavern Building
100 Fort Hunter Road
Harrisburg, PA 17110
717-599-5188
We encourage guests to bring a blanket or chair to sit on. You are welcome to bring a small table with you as well. Picnic baskets are also welcomed. Tents are allowed but must be set up at the rear of the event so that the view of the stage is not blocked. We also allow coolers at the event but please no outside alcohol. We will check all coolers and IDs at the door.
4.) What types of food/craft vendors are at the Festival?
We have several food vendors who offer lots of different types of food available for purchase. See the listing of food vendors above on this page.
A handful of great artisans and craft vendors will also be displaying their goods at our event. From paintings, jewelry, wine accessories, and more - we have vendors of all types and sizes!
Parking is available for all guests and is free of charge. Please look for all of the well-marked signage. Our parking attendants will direct you to where to park at Fort Hunter Park. We do have several handicap-accessible parking spots available. If you need special assistance, please notify one of our parking attendants and they will be sure to assist you.
Restrooms are available both in the Barn as well as near the Covered Bridge.
ATM - An ATM is available and located inside the barn near the restrooms. Special thanks to Angus Enterprises for providing this year's ATMs.
Alcoholic Beverage Check - If you are interested in purchasing a case of wine, distilled spirits, or your favorite brew from one of our fine vendors, we will pick the beverages and keep them until you are ready to leave the event.
First Aid - We take the health and wellness of our guests seriously. An EMT is on-site during the event at all times. The EMT will be parked near the farmhouse.
Information Booth - If you'd like any information during your visit regarding upcoming events, where to eat, where to stay etc., please visit our helpful volunteers at the Information Booth.
Security - Security will be seen throughout the event to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
Our event is held rain or shine.
7.) Can we bring our dogs?
While we LOVE dogs ourselves and think that they are part of the family, we ask that you leave Fido at home during this event.
