Restore Dauphin County
CARES Act Funding Program

The CARES Act was signed into law by the President on March 27, 2020.  It provides federal funding for a variety of programs, including the Coronavirus Relief Fund, which offsets necessary expenditures incurred due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.  Dauphin County received $25.1 million from this fund.

The Dauphin County Commissioners plan to allocate a portion of CARES Act Funding to providing grants to eligible small businesses and nonprofit organizations that have been financially impacted by COVID-19.

Dauphin County businesses and nonprofits are encouraged to review the respective grant notice and guidelines document on this page in preparation of submitting the online application.
