• Tax Certification Request Form

To order a tax certification for the current tax year, please mail the completed Tax Certification Request form with a check or money order for $2.00 made payable to "Dauphin County Treasurer" along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Allow approximately five business days for processing from time of receipt.

The Treasurer's Office issues tax certifications for the City of Harrisburg (county taxes only - districts 01 through 15) and the Borough of Millersburg (county and municipal taxes - districts 45 and 46).

For certifications in other areas of Dauphin County, please contact the local tax collector in the respective municipality.
