Open Records - Law Enforcement Related Appeals

As permitted by law, the District Attorney of Dauphin County has designated an Open Records Appeals Officer for all law enforcement related inquiries. The designee serves as the Appeals Officer for all Open Records inquiries directed to either the Office of the District Attorney, or any underlying municipal law enforcement agency within Dauphin County.
