Dauphin County’s annual Ladies’ Night Out event in northern Dauphin County is set for March 18.

The day-long event promotes self-care and wellness in northern Dauphin County communities.

Live entertainment, raffles, door prizes, and food will be available throughout the day.

The FREE event runs in two sessions on March 18: 2 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m.

Location is the Valley Lighthouse, 105 Main Street, Lykens. Pre-registration is encouraged.

“This event promotes the empowerment of women and is one we look forward to every year,” Dauphin County Commissioner George P. Hartwick, III said.

The theme for this year’s event is Mardi Gras.

“We are proud to offer this fun event that helps keep communities healthy,” Commissioner Chair Mike Pries said.

The event is free, but those who wish to participate in door prize drawings are asked to pre-register by calling the Northern Dauphin Human Services Center at 717-905-2700.

“This event has so much to offer, and it would not be possible without our committed staff, volunteers, health care and community partners,” Commissioner Chad Saylor said.
