Information/Referral and Emergency Assistance
The Center provides Information/services to any individual needing assistance. The Information and Referral Coordinator will meet/interview the individual to identify the specific area of need. Problems and/or needs will be discussed and information will be provided. If necessary a referral to the appropriate agency will be made for direct services to be rendered to the individual.

Operation Help
This program is designed to assist customers of PPL Utilities who are having hardships in maintaining their accounts and are in jeopardy of having their service terminated.
Emergency Assistance Program
This program is designed to assist with food, medications, non-food items, etc., and is strictly based on availability of funds, lack of resources of the individual, and determination of emergent need.
Christmas Program
This program is designed to assist families obtain toys and gifts for their children.
