Our mission is to provide the same Human Services for Northern Dauphin County residents, as are available to those residents in the Harrisburg area. In providing these services along with the co-location of the participating agencies, the need for long-distance telephone calls and travel are often eliminated.

The Upper Dauphin Human Service Center is a multi-service Information and Referral Center . The Center's primary function is to serve as a link between area residents and the participating agencies. Information & Referral to any of the in-house agencies can be obtained by contacting the Information & Referral Coordinator.
