Mental illness affects the way a person thinks, feels, interacts, and behaves. Dauphin County MH/MR contracts with numerous agencies that provide a wide array of mental health services to Dauphin County residents experiencing symptoms of mental illness. Mental health services assist individuals to relieve symptoms, improve independence, and promote community integration. These services include:

The CMU is a non-profit organization contracted by the Dauphin County MH/MR Program to provide comprehensive case management for Dauphin County residents who need assistance with mental health, mental retardation or early intervention services.
