The Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging is committed to assisting seniors and their families in obtaining needed services and information. Our I/R Resource Center is your one-stop shopping source for senior services and information.

Accessing any of the services provided by our agency begins with dialing (717) 780-6130 and asking for Information and Referral.

Upper Dauphin residents can call our office located at the Upper Dauphin Human Services Center, Clearfield Street, Elizabethville, PA, 17023. The Upper Dauphin office serves the upper part of Dauphin County, north of Peter's Mountain. This office can be reached at 896-3426, 362-3321 or 453-9352.

Our information specialists have a broad knowledge of the service network in the community and are waiting to help you solve your problem. If direct services from our Agency cannot help, we will refer you to the appropriate agency or service that will help you. If you would like assistance in person you may call for an appointment or simply walk into our office and we will be happy to serve you. Our main office is located in the Dauphin County Administration Building, 2 South Second Street, Harrisburg.

In addition to providing Information and Referral our specialists can assist you with completing applications for benefit programs such as PACE, Property Tax/Rent Rebates, County Assistance Benefits and Fuel Assistance. The Referral Resource Center is available to anyone with questions.
