Want to have fun, stay healthy, active and independent? Then come and join one of our exciting Prime Time Health activities. You'll meet new friends and learn to live healthier and happier lives.

Prime Time Health offers a wide variety of programs designed to be of interest to all seniors. Some of the topics include medication management, injury prevention, healthy cooking, sleep problems, reflexology, therapeutic massage and cancer prevention. Exercise programs include low-impact aerobics, resistance training with Dynabands and weights, line dancing and Tai Chi.
