Human Services Development Fund
HSDF is used in the human services system to provide locally identified services that will meet the human service needs of citizens. The funds must be used to provide social services and service coordination in the following areas:
- Low-income adults
- Homeless persons
- Aging and aged persons
- Drug addicted and alcohol addicted persons
- Persons with mental health problems
- Persons with mental retardation
- Dependent and delinquent children
