Dauphin County Domestic Relations Office is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Enforcement Officer.  The employee in this position ensures compliance by monitoring the enforcement of support orders and the collection of support payments.  Job duties include utilizing the statewide computerized child support database; locating absent parents; interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating payments, reports, case data, and client information.  The employee conducts non-compliance conferences, initiates administrative actions, prepares/presents cases for court, and interviews clients and communicates with others to acquire verifiable case information.  This is a union position.  A higher hourly rate may apply if successful candidate is an existing County employee. 
 
Minimum Education, Experience, and Training Requirements: Graduation from high school or an accredited equivalency program.  Previous experience in a professional office environment and proficiency in computer skills is required.  A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a favorable criminal background check are required.

Team Supervisor

Dauphin County Domestic Relations Office is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Team Supervisor.  An employee in this position will be responsible for supervising a Team.  The employee assists and monitors the Team’s caseload to ensure the appropriate automated and manual actions is taken, coordinates court proceedings and schedules,  analyzes, creates, and reviews data reports and utilizes all available management monitoring tools to improve performance measures.  Responds to operational and management problems, resolves complex issues with tact and professionalism, and demonstrates knowledge of Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES), and the ability to explain and interpret the child/spousal support program.  In addition orients, instructs, and coaches new staff; presents in-house training; performs duties of staff as necessary; effectively recommends disciplines; and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
 
Minimum Qualifications:  Graduation from high school or an accredited equivalency program; college degree preferred.  At least three to five years experience in a Domestic Relations office or a similar setting.  Favorable criminal background check required.

Fiscal Technician

Dauphin County Social Services for Children & Youth is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position of Fiscal Technician.  An employee in this position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to accounts payable processes for a large Children and Youth Agency.  These processes include reviewing invoices from all providers and vendors to assure they are accurate and also reflect that proper authorization procedures have been followed.  This individual will be responsible for assisting with the procedures related to the procurement of Title IV-E and TANF funding, as well as securing funding from third party revenue sources including Domestic Relations and Social Security. Also, the employee will need to have a knowledge and understanding of program policy and procedures, and be able to recommend fiscal procedures to implement Agency changes in response to state and federal regulations.  This is a union position.
 
Minimum Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:  One year as a Fiscal Assistant or three years of work involving the maintenance of fiscal or financial records, including one year of responsible work which involves the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices and graduation from high school; or one year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration.
 
Other Requirements:  A copy of either official or unofficial college transcript(s) along with a resume must be attached to the application.  A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, a favorable criminal background check and favorable child abuse and FBI clearances are required.  Working non-traditional hours will at times be required.

Divorce Master

Dauphin County Court Administration is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Divorce Master.  An employee in this position will preside over record hearings and make recommendations to the court concerning divorce and alimony, including pre-trial matters, counsel fees and equitable distribution.  The Master is responsible for performing the functions of a Special Master in Divorce.  This position is governed by the Code of Judicial Conduct.  The main objective is to provide a resolution to cases prior to intervention by the Court of Common Pleas.  The Master often listens to complex testimony, such as competing business valuations as well as vocational experts, and has to make a recommendation to the court based upon the evidence presented.  Salary is commensurate with experience. 
 
Minimum Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:  Juris Doctor degree with six (6) years of family law experience.
Other Requirements:  Must be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
