Domestic Relations$11.49
Dauphin County Domestic Relations Office is currently accepting applications for the full-time, day shift position of Department Clerk 2 (Teams).  An employee in this position is responsible for filing and keeping records, ensuring adherence to standards and schedules prescribed by Federal, State, and County authorities.  He/she conducts reviews of cases, analyzing new and re-opened case files; schedules hearings before conference and enforcement officers, and schedules court for the case management team.  This is a union position.
 
Minimum Education, Experience, and Training Requirements:  Graduation from high school or an accredited equivalency program; experience in office environment to include computer experience, and the ability to operate general office machines.  A favorable criminal background check is required.

Dauphin County Prison is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Human Resources Manager.  An employee in this position performs specialized administrative functions in a timely manner to ensure efficient operation of the Prison; coordinates compensation functions and manages the orientation program of new employees; and acts as a liaison between the Prison and the County Department of Human Resources.  Salary is commensurate with experience. 
 
Minimum Education, Experience and Training Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in human resources, or equivalent experience.  PHR certification is preferred.  Three years of experience in a human resources setting, including supervisory experience, is required.  Or any acceptable combination of education, training and work experience.

Probation Services - Adult Division$18.52
Dauphin County Probation Services is currently accepting applications for a full-time Probation Officer II position in their Adult Division. An employee in this position supervises adult offenders that have been placed on probation for various offenses and have mental health needs. These offenders have many court ordered conditions and require more supervision due to their mental health needs. An employee in this position is responsible for overseeing the many special conditions set for these offenders assigned to this caseload to ensure community protection. This is a union position.
 
Minimum Education, Experience and Training Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or qualification in accordance with the Exceptional Person Clause. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license. A favorable criminal background check is required.
