The 12th Judicial District is composed of 10 Court of Common Pleas Judges, 15 Magisterial District Judges, and includes 7 Departments. The Court of Common Pleas hears civil and criminal cases. It also decides cases involving adoption, divorce, child custody, abuse, juvenile delinquency, estates, guardianships, charitable organizations, and many other matters.
