- Notification from Rettew advising that the Highspire Borough Authority is applying to DEP for a Pennsylvania Chapter 106 Floodplain Management Permit for a project located on Industrial Road and Lumber Street in Highspire.
- Received from the PA State Department of Agriculture the Agency Summary Report for fiscal year 2007/2008 summarizing the USDA commodity activity.
- Notification from Cremation Society of Pennsylvania Crematories advising that they are applying to DEP for a General Permit 14 for replacement of the two existing cremation retorts with one new state-of-the-art retort.
- Notification from Pennoni Associates, Inc. advising that the PA State Department of Transportation is applying to DEP for a General Permit 11 Application to replace the existing concrete culvert with a new concrete culvert over a tributary to Fishing Creek in West Hanover Township.
- Notification from Rettew advising that the Highspire Borough Authority is applying to DEP for a Chapter 105 GP-5 Permit Application for the Ann Street sanitary sewer replacement project in the Borough of Highspire.
- Notification from Millersburg Area Authority advising that they are applying to DEP for permits necessary for the installation of a new water line across the Little Wiconisco Creek.
- Receipt of an Order adopted by the PUC at its meeting on September 11, 2008 regarding the PennDOT's application for approval to suspend the grade-separated crossing and remove the bridge where SR 0230 (Cameron St.) and SR 3009 (Paxton St.) cross beneath a single track of Norfolk Southern Railway Company in the City of Harrisburg.
- Receipt of the Amended Financial Report for the Dauphin County Children & Youth Services for the period July 1, 2005 - June 30, 2006 from the PA Auditor General.
- Receipt of a copy of a letter from DEP to Meadowbrook Coal Company, Inc. regarding the Annual Bond Review for 2008, Authorization to Mine No. 1691-22850201-05, Medco Bank Operation in Wiconisco Township.
- Notification from H. Edward Black and Associates, P.C. advising that Verdelli Farms, Inc. is applying to DEP for a General NPDES Permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities in Swatara Township.
