    2. Notification from CET Engineering Services advising that the Lower Paxton Township Authority is applying to DEP for a General Permit #3 for the Earl Drive Interceptor Replacement.
    3. Notification from Skelly and Loy advising that the PA Department of Transportation is submitting an environmental assessment to DEP for the Bear Creek Phase II AMD Treatment Project and Advanced Wetland Compensation Project in Wiconisco Township.
