    2. Notification from Victor P. Regola and Associates, Inc. advising that Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company is applying to DEP for a General Permit 5 for the relocation of existing pipeline across Swatara Creek in Lower Swatara Township.
    3. Notification from Innovative Consulting Group, Inc. advising that Templar Development LLC is applying to DEP for a General NPDES Permit for a retail building and CVS Pharmacy with associated parking lots project at the southwest corner of the intersection of N.
