    2. Notification from Lake Roeder Hillard & Associates that Crown Realty Trust Company is applying to DEP for a Joint Application for PA Water Obstruction and Enroachment Permit and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit for the construction of a 37 lot residential townhouse community on 7.5 acres located in Lower Paxton Township.
    3. Notification from Pennsy Supply, Inc. indicating that they will be moving a permitted portable Nonmetallic Processing Plant to their Fiddler's Elbow Quarry.
    4. Notification from Pennoni Associates, Inc. that UGI Utilities is applying to DEP for a General Permit GP-5, Utility Line Stream Crossing for a utility line stream crossing under a tributary of Spring Creek along McCorkel Road in Dauphin County.
    5. Notification from H. Edward Black and Associates, P.C. that Claude H. Weiss is applying to DEP for an Individual NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges associated with a Borrow Pit on 111 McKelvey Road.
    6. Notification from Dauphin Engineering Co. that S&A Custom Built Homes, Inc. is applying to DEP for a Joint Permit Application Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Montrail project in Lower Paxton Township.
    7. Notification from Pennsy Supply, Inc. indicating that they will be applying to DEP to renew their General Permit WMGR028029 for the Hummelstown Quarry, Fiddler's Elbow Quarry and Paxton Street facility.
    8. Notification from Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc. that UGI Utilities, Inc. is applying to DEP for a General Permit (GP-5, Utility Line Crossing Under Stream) for disturbances associated with the installation of gas lines crossing beneath Bow Creek and unnamed tributaries to Bow Creek in East Hanover Township.
    9. Notification from United Water that they are applying to DEP for a major Water Supply Permit regarding the construction of the Deer Path Woods Booster Pump Station project.
    10. Notification from Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc. that violet M. Lindenmuth is applying to DEP for an Individual NPDES Permit for Stormwater Discharges associated with the construction of buildings, parking and stormwater facilities for a dog spa located in Middle Paxton Township.
    11. Notification from Pennoni Associates, Inc. that the Milton Hershey School is applying to DEP for a General Permit, GP-5, Utility Line Stream Crossing for a project located at Hershey Park Drive and Spring Creek, Dauphin County.
    12. Notification from Dawood Associates, Inc. that they are applying to DEP for an NPDES General Permit for the Capitol Manor Land Development Plan in Swatara Township. The project will include the construction of 18 townhomes with associated utilities and parking on an .95 acre lot.
    13. Notification from Rettew that the Steelton Terminals Corporation is applying to DEP for a General Permit associated with the installation of 6 ethanol tanks within a containment dike, stormwater retention basin, paving, loading racks and a railroad extension in the Borough of Steelton.
    14. Notification from the PA Historical & Museum Commission advising that Calver Island in Swatara Township has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places on 1/17/2007.
    15. Notification from Mellott Engineering, Inc. that Triple Crown Corporation is applying to DEP for a NPDES and General Permit Applications for the 7700 Derry Street Subdivision/Land Development Plan in Swatara Township.
