  18. CORRESPONDENCE
    1. Notification from the Federal Aviation Administration indicating they are conducting an aeronautical study for a building structure to be located in Harrisburg, 56 feet above ground level.
    2. Notification from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission indicating the Derry Session House and Enclosure owned by the Derry Presbyterian of Derry Township, Dauphin County, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on November 21, 2006.
    3. Notification from the Williams Valley School District indicating they plan to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES permit for the William's Valley School District's sewage treatment plant.
    4. Notification from Hoover Engineering Services, Inc., on behalf of Nick and Angie Loxas, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction of the Summit Family Restaurant, intersection of Jonestown Road, Hershey Road and Harper Drive in West Hanover Township, Dauphin County.
    5. Notification from the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs indicating a temporary road crossing at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, East Hanover Township, Dauphin County.
    6. Notification from The PA Dept. of Environmental Protection indicating they are returning a GP-5 application in reference to Spring Creek, Swatara Township, Dauphin County.
    7. Notification from Dauphin Engineering Co., on behalf of Gaudenzia Foundation, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a GP-5, utility line stream crossing for preliminary/final subdivision and land development plan for a new two-story medical care facility, Gibson Boulevard, Swatara Township, Dauphin County.
    8. Notification from Red Barn Consulting, Inc., on behalf of Gary Miller Farm, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES CAFO permit for disposal of dry manure from his poultry farm located in Wayne Township, Dauphin County.
    9. Notification from the PA Dept. of Environmental Protection indicating the Black Fly Program with treatment activities on April 21 and were suspended September 18, 2006. The treated areas were the Susquehanna River, Swatara Creek, and Mahantango Creek.
