    1. Notification from AmerGen indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP to renew an existing NPDES permit for the discharge of industrial waste water from TMI into the Susquehanna River.
    2. Notification from Brinjac Engineering indicating The Harrisburg Authority intends to submit an application to DEP for renewal of an existing NPDES permit for the Harrisburg Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility located in the City of Harrisburg/Swatara Township, Dauphin County.
    3. Notification from Hempt Bros., Inc. indicating they have submitted an application to DEP for Air Pollution Control permit for the Steelton Asphalt Plant.
    4. Notification from John Lapp indicating he intends to submit an application to DEP for a General Permit 6 for the installation of an agricultural stream crossing on his property located at 242 Price Lane, Lykens Township.
    5. Notification from Alice Fulkroad indicating she intends to submit an application to DEP for a General Permit 6 for the installation of two (2) agricultural stream crossings on her property located near the intersection of Shippen Dam Road and Matter Lane, Upper Paxton Township.
    6. Notification from Ecological Solutions, Inc. indicating that Manada Golf Club, Inc., intends to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES permit for maintenance dredging of exiting pond located in East Hanover Township.
    7. Notification from the New Hope Brethren in Christ Church indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for renewal of a NPDES permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities for the completion of land preparation for stone driveway and parking facilities, soccer/baseball fields, etc.
    8. Notification from Rettew indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES permit for the Highspire Borough Wastewater Treatment Plant.
    9. Received a copy of the Independent Auditors' Report of the Redevelopment Authority's Financial Statements for year ended June 30, 2006.
    10. Notification from J. Michael Brill & Associates, Inc., indicating that Cedar Clock Tower, LLC intends to apply to DEP for a General NPDES Permit for the demolition of the Vartan Lumber Building and construction of a 105,000 sq. ft. Giant Food Store, retail establishments, pump fueling island, two (2) bank out parcels and associated parking and utilities.
    11. Notification from ELA Group, Inc., on behalf of Longleaf Development Company, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP through the Dauphin County Conservation District, for a NPDES permit for the discharge of stormwater associated with construction sites at the Lauffer Hill subdivision, Londonderry Twonship.
