    1. Received a letter from PA Department of Environmental Protection in reference to the Meadowbrook Coal Company, Inc., located 6690 State Route 209, Wiconisco Township, Dauphin County.
    2. Notification from C. S. Davidson, on behalf of AmerGen Energy, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for the deck replacement at the South Bridge on Three Mile Island in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County.
    3. Notification from Buse Funeral Home indicating they have submitted an application to DEP for the Air Quality Program. The application includes a human crematorium.
    4. Notification from Madden Engineering Services, Inc., indicating they intend to submit an application to the Dauphin County Conservation District for a NPDES General permit for the purpose of a proposed construction of two single family homes and six townhouses on the corner of While House Lane and Rosedale Avenue and the corner of White House Lane and Georgetown Road on a 1.04 acre parcel.
    5. Notification from Buchart Horn, Inc., on behalf of the Township of Derry, indicating they will be applying to DEP for a General NPDES permit for a project which includes the widening and overly of SR 0422, the realignment and reconstruction of SR 3017 (Lingle Avenue), and the realignment and reconstruction of T-594.
    6. Notification from Osman Enviromental Solutions, LLC, indicating the Harrisburg Resource Recovery Facility intends to submit an application to DEP to accept certain types of residual waste for processing.
    7. Notification from Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., indicating they have submitted a State Only Operating Permit application to DEP to include a human crematory located at 6011 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg.
    8. Received a letter from DEP in reference to the Underkoffler Breaker Operation located in Wiconisco Township.
    9. Notification from Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc., indicating that Handwerk Materials is submitting a renewal application to DEP for a General Beneficial Use Permit for use of asphalt plant residuals.
    10. Notification from Pennsy Supply, Inc., indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for an air quality permit for the Hummelstown Quarry for a plan approval to construct, modify or reactivate an air contamination source and/or install an air cleaning device. (A previous application for this permit was not used because project was placed on hold).
    11. Notification from Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc., indicating that Historic Walton Manor will be applying for a low volume highway occupancy permit from the PA Dept. of Transportation for a project located at 530 Walton Avenue for an access drive in Hummelstown Borough.
    12. Notification from Dawood Associates, Inc. indicating they intend to submit an application to the Dauphin County Conservation District for an NPDES general permit for construction of five single family lots on 1.57 acres of land located in Dauphin Borough along Charles Road.
    13. Notification from CET Engineering Services indicating the Lower Paxton Township Authority intends to renew the NPDES discharge permit for the Springford Village Wastewater Treatment Plant located off Clubhouse Court in Lower Paxton Township.
    14. Notification from Tri-Tech Resources, Inc., indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES general permit for Crown Realty Trust Company for the construction of a 37 lot residential townhouse community on 7.5 acres at Lancer Drive, Lower Paxton Township.
    15. Notification from Witman Engineers & Consultants indicating that P & K, LLC intends to apply to DEP for a NPDES permit for stormwater discharge from the development a 76 acre parcel into nine residential building lots located
      at Mill and Hill Roads, Elizabethtown (Aberdeen Mills Subdivision-Conewago Township)

Notification from CET Engineering Services, on behalf of the Lower Paxton Township, indicating they intend to use general permits 5, 3 and 8 for the construction of a utility line stream crossing, stream bank rehabilitation, and a temporary road crossing as part of the Township's sewer system rehabilitation program.
    17. Notification from Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES general permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities at the West Hanover Township and Sewer Authority Vermicomposting Facility.
    18. Notification from CET Engineering Services indicating the Susquehanna Township Authority intends to apply to DEP for a water quality management permit for the Wayne Ave. Pump Station Replacement.
    19. Notification from Fisher & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Triple Crown Corporation, intends to submit an application to Dauphin County Conservation District for a General NPDES permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities for the Bunker Hill Estates subdivision, Halifax Township.

    21. Notification from Fisher & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Eastern Communities, indicating they intend to submit an application to DEP for a General NPDES permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities for the Astoria Knoll Subdivision in Lower Paxton Township.
