- Notification from Benatec Associates indicating Hershey Entertainment is submitting an application for a general NPDES permit to DEP for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities for a proposed attraction that will occupy approximately one to five acres of land within the existing park Hersheypark property.
- Notification from Gannett Fleming indicating the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art is proposing to construct a nature trail footbridge across the Wiconisco Creek east of Millersburg, Dauphin County and will be submitting application to DEP and the United States Army Corps of Engineers for appropriate permits.
