    10. Notification from Foreman & Foreman, on behalf of the Township of Derry Industrial and Commercial Development Authority, indicating they have filed application to PUC for approval of construction of a pedestrian overpass over the tracks of the Norfolk Southern Railway at Milepost HP 99.45 in DerryTownship, Dauphin County.
