    2. Receipt of a letter from RGS Associates advising that they are applying to DEP for an NPDES Permit for discharges of storm water from construction activities in Swatara/Lower Swatara Townships.
    3. Receipt of a letter from H. Edward Black and Associates, P.E. advising that Palm Development, Inc. is applying for a General NPDES Permit for stormwater discharges and a PA Water Obstruction and Encroachment Permit from DEP for the Wilshire Estates Residential Development Project in Lower Paxton Township.
    4. Receipt of a letter from ISG Steelton LLC advising that they are submitting an application to DEP for plan approval to install a new 650 HP Boiler.
