    5. Appoint Jim Willshier to the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) filling the vacancy of Barbara Groce with Harrisburg Regional Chamber.
    6. Appoint Antonio Robert Pena to the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) filling the vacancy of Kirsten Page with WHP CBS 21.
