    1. Notification from Norfolk Southern Corporation in reference to the annual notification of upstream regulated substances for Lucknow Yard, 3322 Industrial Road, Harrisburg and the Enola Yard, 218 Enola Road, Enola, Cumberland County.
    2. Notification from Matthew & Hockley Associates, Ltd., indicating they plan to submit an application to DEP for a NPDES and WQ-II permit for two low flow sewage Treatment Plants for the Robert Jones Property located in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County.
    3. Received a letter from Nuclear Regulatory Commission addressed to Exelon Generation Company in reference to various nuclear power stations.
    4. Notification from Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc., on behalf of AFS Development, indicating the submission of a Notice of Intent for coverage under the NPDES permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction activities for the Chelsey Falls subdivision Lower Paxton Township.
    5. Received a letter from the PA Dept. of Public Health & Human Services indicating they have reviewed the audit report issued by Boyer & Ritter on contract#943011670 for the period of July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002 and found the total funds disbursed by the Department of Public Welfare under this agreement have been accounted for and expended.
    6. Received a letter from the PA Dept. of Transportation indicating $50,000.00 was approved for the Royalton Borough under the County Liquid Fuels.
    7. Received a letter from the PA Dept. of Conservation & Natural Resources, on behalf of Governor Rendell, indicating that the Everhart Covered Bridge-Ft. Hunter Park has been approved for a grant in the amount of $100,000. Funding for this project is coming from the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund, The Environmental Stewardship Act Fund (Growing Greener) or the federal Land & Water Conservation Fund.
    8. Notification from the Dept. of Housing & Urban Development indicating the following grant awards: Community Development Block Grant $1,726,485; HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) $630,480; American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) $29,627.
    9. Notification from CET Engineering Services, on behalf of Lykens Borough Authority, indicating the submission of a General Permit to DEP for the rehabilitation of the Authority's main reservoir downstream embankments and escarpments, which were damaged by Hurricane Ivan.
    10. Notification from CET Engineering Services indicating the Lower Paxton Township Authority has modified an application to DEP to eliminate the sanitary sewer replacement in the wetlands of the Spring Creek Mini Basin SC-11 Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Project.
