PhonePretrial Services supervises defendants who are released on bail pending court proceedings on criminal charges. The supervision must be court ordered and include any other conditions required by the court authority. Supervision can entail regular reporting, drug testing, referrals for services (drug/alcohol, mental health, parenting, anger management,etc.) and monitoring of counseling and curfews. Pretrial Services then reports to the court authority as to the defendant's compliance or non-compliance to the supervision process.

Pretrial Services also monitors all court ordered batterers counseling when included in Protection From Abuse Orders and reports non-compliance to the court.
